Finalize your shipping address!
This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship!
We will lock down shipping addresses in 72 hours. That means you have three days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey if you need to.
If you need to recover your survey, go to https://fuzecases.backerkit.com and enter your email address to have your survey sent to you again.
For backers that have not answered surveys yet, you will still be able to get your rewards if you answer your surveys after the lockdown date but they may ship out later than the backers that have responded on time.
We’re currently aiming to ship rewards in December, but the majority of orders will go out in early January. You should receive your order in the first three weeks of January. If you need to change your shipping address please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next three days.
We also have news about case colors. Due to problems in the manufacturing process, we will only be offering black cases. Applying the case color is the last step in the manufacturing process, and there were some errors that we will be unable to recover from fast enough to get orders out in the next month. Our goal is to get these cases out as quickly as possible and we're doing everything in our power to achieve that. We will not be able to offer other colors in January or February due to Chinese New Year when our manufacturer (and most of China) takes off a month of work. Blue, white, gold, and rose gold cases will be available in March when manufacturing starts again. Everyone who ordered a case will get the correct size they ordered, but the case will be black. Please let us know if you want us to hold your order until March.

iPhone 7 Plus and Packaging
Manufacturing is in full swing! We have also finalized the packaging and are preparing the boxes to be made. Attached are pictures of the iPhone 7 Plus case that some have requested as well as the final packaging. Fuze cases will be in the fulfillment center by the end of this month. NEW DESIGN - PICS AND VIDEO
We listened to your requests, so Fuze has been upgraded! Our past design was restricting the use of some larger headphone jacks. That problem is now resolved, and all headphone jacks will fit. Fuze has also been slimmed down by 1.3 mm from our last prototype. The thickness added by Fuze is roughly 6 mm, making it one of the slimmest battery cases on the market while also having an audio jack!
We are still on track for a December delivery. December is one of the most challenging times for logistics, but we are dedicated to getting all orders out by the end of December. We have partnered with an amazing fulfillment center who is assisting with getting all 2,000+ orders out in a timely manner. Update on Surveys
Please complete the survey from BackerKit if you have not done so already. All surveys for backers have been sent out for people who purchased during the campaign. If you purchased any time after November 12th, please wait 11 days for your survey.
The surveys for people who backed during the campaign will be locked down on December 1st. Complete your survey before then to ensure that you will receive a case by December.

Update on Surveys
Surveys were sent out Monday with very few errors. We did notice some backers were not receiving emails for their surveys. This has now been fixed and all surveys should be sent out. You should have a survey in your inbox. If you do not see your survey, please perform the following steps before emailing us:
- Check your spam folder
- Go to https://fuzecases.backerkit.com/ to retrieve your survey
