BackerKit surveys are coming!

We will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys today. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you will be able to recover your survey here: https://fuzecases.backerkit.com/

EARLY SURVEY
 

THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL SURVEY. THE OFFICIAL SURVEY IS BEING SENT OUT MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21

We have received word from our manufacturer that they are producing units at the moment. They need to know the colors and sizes of cases we are ordering a bit earlier than our official survey. Please only select one phone size and the color you want. Only select multiple cases if you purchased multiple cases. Again, this is not the official survey. It is just to help us understand how many cases to make. Let us know if there are any questions!

Another Important Update

We apologize for the back to back updates. There were questions about the colors. Below are detailed pictures of each color. Note that these were based on our previous design. The design has changed but the colors have not. We also have a new video to show you the case in detail. We have changed the location of the audio jack to be farther away from the lightning port. This makes it easier for you to use, and easier for us to manufacture. Thanks!

Very Important Update!

Thanks for all the amazing messages! We have a great community backing this project and we're so glad to be a part of it. Here is a video of the final Fuze unit:

We have received a few questions about our survey. We are moving our survey date to November 21 and we are locking down surveys on December 1. Please disregard the previous update that said November 17th. We apologize for the date change. Here's some more info on the survey:

A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment. 

Here's a quick rundown:

First, Indiegogo needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).

Second, we have to find out your phone size and color of your case and where we need to ship them. We will send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information. We went over this in the last update but it's important that we repeat it.

We will give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.     

If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

Again, the survey date is November 21 and we are locking down surveys on December 1. Please be ready on November 21st to choose your case(s).
